This week the Mayor of Poznan, Ryszard Grobelny ratified an agreement with the Chancellor of the University of Poznan to commence the development of a stunning new residential village that will become the Youth Olympic Village should Poznan be awarded the rights to host the 2nd Youth Olympic Games in 2014.
